The agent, or also known as Miss Wong's partner :p, very few is known about this character, but never mind, here he is, and in the future, when his free DLC arrive to our consoles, we will learn more about him XD.

I didn't know how his material clothes are... so I did them with that specularity :p (I think is cool O.ò), but one the DLC were release and I can watch him closely, I will modify whatever needs be modified. :S
