I was doing Carla, but when I almost had her finished, a problem appears and the only solution which I have found to works, was start again from zero 0_0

So I take a break and change with Sherry, she is lovely, I had some problems ringging her, with shoulders and groins, I did as better as I could :'(

Despite of that, I expect you enjoy her and make a lot of SherryXJake :D

Things to do...
Rig the hair.
Fix some vertices problems in the jacket bottom.

Hello Sack.

To extract models from the game, first you'll need the Sectus's Arc tool.

After it, there are several alternatives, each one with pros and cons.

If your are interested only in the 3d model as obj, you can use the Codeman script that allows open the model in Noesis program, so from noesis, you can export it in multiple formats for several 3d program.

If you want extract their original bones too, there are three maxscripts, the Maliweii777's one, the Mariokart64n's one and the Sectus's one.

Maliweii777 was the first, there is also an extra script for RE: Revelations.
- Script - In these topic you'll find the scripts to his database, but as is in chinese and has go changing through the time, I don't know which one is the actual file. You'll need use translators again to find it. z6.invisionfree.com/Resident_E…
- To execute the script, you'll need also the XNAGS 3.0 or superior, you can take it from the Microsoft webpage. www.microsoft.com/en-us/downlo…
- To install the XNAGS, you'll need also the Visual Studio 2010 or higher (but the 2010 it's free, the highers are not yet). In the XNAGS install, will tell you exactly what version do you need. www.visualstudio.com/

MarioKart54n was another version with some enhacements and that change some instruction to don't require the XNAGS library. Its download link is currently a mistery, because it was shared in that previous forum topic but on teamporal links, I don't know if he has upload it on any other place.

Sectus's version is relatively new, it's based on the Maliweii's script but solving alto the need of the XNAGS, you can find it here:

The instructions are quite similars. Drag the ARC file on to the Sectus's Arc tool (the .bat file that suit to your case). For bones, once opened the .arc, open 3ds max and drag one of the max scripts on the 3dsmax desktop to open the menu, and follow the instructions. For the Codeman's, paste the script on noesis script pynthon folders, and then, change the .mod extension to .re6pc, with that, you'll can open them on noesis.


No one of them attach the textures directly, if you want extract to any external purpose, you'll need attach the textures on the program as if were any other 3dmodel, if you wath you want is make mods for the game, materials shouldn't be touched and textures changes should only be maded on the texture file. Yes, that's is for RE6 specifically, for RE: Revelations, you'll need some different scripts, for RE5 you can do it with Noesis, for RE4 you need other diffrent programs, for RE4 HD other different too...  Each game has their particularities.  :|

I've never extracted anything from the N64 Roms so I have not any idea about that. O_ò

I want advance a bit with some unfinished requests, and with the Agent (Ada's partner) to continue completing the RE6 models.

This dear Sherry needs some fixes on her knees, the eyelids problem, and her hair is not rigged yet. I like Sherry, but I don't think I manage to update her this week Q.Q

I'm just wondering if you could fix Ada's Thigh somethings wrong with it if you try to lift it up..... and also
if possible to add Pelvis on her so we ccan move her Hips like Sharon's model Jill :] :)

Nero, finally I have update the Sherry Edonia!! (it's not perfect yet O., I have to fix some vertices in the jacket bottom and rig the hair, but I have improved several aspect based on your feedback. so Thank very much for it :D )

The knees, I made a bit of changes on them so now they blend a bit more, but even with that, I still think they are not well >.<

The pelvis hips I can do it (it's just modify a couple of things in the hierarchy), but the Thigh fix is something more complicated.

Now after so many rigs, I'm improving with the groins rigs and some of my last mods blend their legs better, however is still a fact of practice. When I took Ada again I'll try remake her legs rig. (I don't know copy/paste weights with 3ds max -.-u).

Don't worry nero, It doesn't annoy anyone XD.

I've tested him in the 9.7.8. and worked. Check that you downloade the correct file, the called: "Chris_RE6_Samurai_OldFormat_by_adngel.zip"

If this which is the done with GeMeshAsciiToBin, neither work on the 9.8.7. the alternative is download any other modern version.

At the moment the last version is the 10.9.3 (XPS is the same that XNALara, they just changed their name through the way).

I'm alone I can't, what I'm doing is rig the models (apply the bones to make them poseable and port them into XPS to can be used with the program), but I don't know extract the model, so we have to wait for someone extract it first. :(

(In the worst cases, just wait for the PC version, I'm sure a lot of extraction tools will be released then and ripping tools could also be used).

Great work:) Hey I'm curious, if these models came from the demo,
does that mean that when the RE6 pc version comes out (sometime in november),
you guys will release "final" version models?
(Like, with the in-game bones/textures etc.) ^^

I don't know if Soroosh or the others will manage to extract the original bones or not, till the PC version don't be release, its format will be a mistery.

But surely, whith that version, will be more easy rip objects so I think that more escenaries, textures and monsters models will be upoladed on the web once the PC version were release :)

use lowercase when renaming, its standard when loading poses. also use "head eyeball left/right" when renaming that way her eyes will follow the camera. other than that a very decent port, keep'em coming.

thanks and change credits in description to sherry instead of ada, lol.
