The overseer, the villain of RE: Rev2!, Alex Wesker. (Not, is not a man, is a she-Wesker).

I liked her being a badass psyco in Claire's campaign, and finally there was a villain who looks like archieved her goal at the end of the game. I also liked her having class and education, it's a pitty she just lack a bit of common sense to don't do what she did, but anyway, who can undertand the Weskers?
